This study were selected four and three sampling points in the HaoHanpo Reservoir and Ganoderma lucidum Lake that they are in the Yabuli skiing Tourism resort.The ecological study of phytoplankton,zooplankton and zoobenthos were conducted qualitative and qunantitave analysis in spring, summer, and autumn in2010. quatic organisms communities and biodiversity were examined with multivariate statistic analysis,health assessment of the source water qunlith in Yabuli water sources by biochemical indicators.The purpose of this paper was to provide a guideline of management and a foundation of the future study in Yabuli.There were discoved90kinds and varieties,32common species and11dominant species of phytoplankton in the Yabuli water source,where were important with Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta;there were found60kinds,13common species and10dominant spcies of zooplankton,mainly min-resistance in the rotifer;the zoobenthos were found30species,mainly Chironomus of aquatic insects,the Mollusks and Crustaceans were not found.Phytoplankton avergage abundance and biomass were179.43×104ind./L and2.1mg/L,with the time chage of them:autumn>summer>spring;zooplankton avergage abundance and biomass were312.62ind./L and0.84mg/L,with the time chage of them:autumn> spring>summer; zoobenthos avergage abundance and biomass were270.48ind./m2and1.59g/m2, with the time chage of them:spring>autumn>summer.There were different ranges in different diversity index,Shannon-weaver index of phytoplankton throughout between2.059~4.923,Pielou index fluctuated between0.646~0.953,Margalef index throughout between1.126~5.951;Shannon-weaver index of zooplankton throughout between1.438-4.188,Pielou index fluctuated between0.289~1.0,Margalef index throughout between1.324~3.926.Fluctuations in the range from the diversith index of phytoplankton and zooplankton:Phytoplankton of the Shannon-Weaver index, reflecting the more complex phytoplankton community structure than the zooplankton tend to be more stable. Uniformity of phytoplankton species in the community.According to evaluation criteria of phytoplankton biomass that spring os,autumn os~β-ms,summer α~β-ms; comprehensive health assessment made based on the phytoplankton diversity index for the autumn OS, spring os~βms,summer β-ms,all of the sampling points in the HaoHanpo reservoir for os~β-ms, Ganoderma lucidum Lake for β-ms. By the zooplankton advantage pollution indicator species show that the the Yabuli water in α~β-ms;comprehensive health assessment made based on the zooplankton diversity index for the spring β-ms,summer os~β-ms, autumn os. By the zoobenthos pollution indicator species show that the the Yabuli water in os~β-ms.In summary,the phytoplankton zooplankton and zoobenthos were remained the same with the comprehensive evaluation of the community structure and diversity index,spring and autumn than in summer water quality.Various sampling points for os~β-ms of HaoHan po reservoir, Ganoderma lucidum Lake for βi-ms. According to physical and chemical indicators,the major pollutant of BOD5,TN,TP, and concentrated in the Ganoderma lucidum lake sampling sites.By physical and chemical evalution HaoHanpo reservoir in grade Ⅰ~Ⅱ water, fungus lake water quality in Grade II water;but by biological made health evaluation to Yabuli reservoir for os~β-ms transition. There were remained the same with ecological monitoring and the physical chemical evaluation.
