As the artery of state’s economic,the development and utilization of oilfield play an important role. In the21century, the world’s oil and gas field developers are facing the same dilemma. With the development of oil and gas fields in the mass, the undiscovered reservoirs mostly have characteristic of scattered distribution, thin layer, deep layer, complicate permeability. In china,most of oil and gas have multiple layer, multi-section., well long and vertical distribution, strong non-uniform horizontal qualitative.In order to increase output of oil and gas,fracturing become an critical measure by fracturing treatment. Not only in home but also abroad, fracturing as an important measure to increase output of oil and gas is widely applied in the process of construction operation. However, in fracturing how to separate layer accurately is a tough problem. In past, general fracturing is used in most of oil and gas. When fracturing multiple layer, people have to carry on construction several time and then it cause long cycle, difficulty and complex construction. In fact, general fracturing have no specific targeted to oil and gas layer, thus it would not release capacity of oil and gas well and reach expected effect.Along with the progress of drilling technology, drilling cost will be reduced gradually. In the process of exploitation, separate fracturing is applied widely. But in long and vertical distribution and multiple layer of well, accuracy of separate layer fracturing is not easy to be solved. The present fracturing techniques, such as ball separate layer fracturing, fixed pitch under control layer fracturing, bridge plug layered fracturing, etc, have some limitations. Now, many institutions in home and abroad devote to develop new separate layer fracturing device and equipment and propose controllable separate layer fracturing. That is means people can apply fracturing to specific layer according to needIn fixed string layered fracturing, by casting steel ball into pipe--holding up pressure and then cutting off boot--sealing lower oil layer--casting larger steel ball--holding up pressure and then cutting off nails--blocked top oil layer, through the way of holding pressure, fracturing fluid can promote the string mechanism motion in layered diversion. But this process is constricted by precision of slide set. In Current separate fracturing technology, Special in vertical distribution and multiple layer of well,the traditional fracturing technology do not meet requirement of development of well. This paper proposes the application of electromagnetic valve promote the string mechanical components, which based on Faraday law. By placing a launch device with ID code of signal launch in ball, electromagnetic valve with the receiving device placed in the different layer segment, through the ID signal,can be controlled so as to achieve the purpose of layered diversion.This paper first analyzes the present situation of domestic and foreign fracturing techniques, through the multi-function layered fracturing switch work principle, illustrate the existing fracturing technique not only construction complicate, but also more and complex parts.Combined with fracturing techniques,this paper put forward the system control principle, the theory analysis and calculation, and preliminarily determines the several important parameters.According to the structure diagram, the paper will be divided into hardware and software system designed. In the hardware, it be furthered into sending hardware and receiving hardware. In part launch, this paper introduces the structure of the ball, code format and coding method, the modulation mode, power supply, power consumption and drive circuit and specific circuit principle diagram. In receiving part, this paper introduces the structure of the string, the induction coils and ferrite coil of calculation, the performance of the device characteristics and working mode, finally explained the system design methods of low power consumption. In the software, combined with the sending hardware and receiving hardware to achieve the different functions, the paper give a few important program flow chart. Connecting with the flow chart,the concrete program were introduced.At last, the paper introduces the whole system software and hardware debugging content and debugging method, the test results of the system are analyzed, and summarizes the main influence factors of propagation distance and problems in test, puts forward the corresponding measures to improve.
