Pingbei oilfield is low porosity and extra-low permeability reservoir. And the development fractures are existed. Structures have no apparent control on the reservoirs. It belongs to lithologic oil reservoir. In order to resolve the main problems existed in the development of oilfield. Improve development results, and enhance oil recovery. Structural model and properties model are built by taking reservoir development theories as a guide, using deterministic and stochastic model-building techniques.Comprehensive researches of reservoir engineering are carried out from develop mode, adaptability of well, development characteristics. study on the exploitation status, and to resolve the serious problems of the single well low production rate and water cut increasing which caused by imperfect injection-production pattern. The Eclipse software was used in the course of numerical simulation, the history match indexes including reserve pressure, production rate, water cut, According to this, the distribution quantity was analysis about longitudinal peace, planar distribution, Put forward the main control factors of remaining oil and the remaining oil distribution. Five adjusting plans were designed according to the remaining oil distribution and the main control factors, after forecasting the development effect, the optimize plan was fixed. At the same time comprehensive evaluation researches of single of reasonable well spacing density and production of potential are performed, combination of new wells and old wells are complied in order to make a scientific basis to enhance ultimate recovery of Pingbei oilfield. This paper obtained the following results:(1) At present the reservoir was on the middle water cut stage, the production was steadily increasing, the flood effectiveness is better. But compared to the reasonable flooding pattern, the current network did not suitable for the oil sands, local area network was not perfect, the water flooding control was bad, the well number ratio of oil and water is large, the problem that injection is not enough is unsolved.(2) Should now to stabilize and improve the single well production, improve the recovery, laying the foundation for stable oil field goal. Based on the existing Wells nets, reinforced to water injection well adjusted to the focus of the perfect well network; Continue to implement with the fine control of injection-production mainly oilfield stable countermeasures, and increase the dynamic monitoring work and material application, step under the guidance of injection-production adjustment.(3) Through3d geological modeling, make clear the porosity, permeability distribution rule. Look from the plane of the study area reservoir development site, porosity distribution mainly concentrates in the near0.1, and along the north east to article in ribbon distribution; Permeability distribution interval mainly for0.1-1md, high permeability with exhibition for north east to cloth direction. From the vertical analysis, chang61are relatively good, and chang63relatively poor.(4)Through numerical simulation research, the remaining oil major enrichment in sand body pointed out near the area, north district, southern district property better joints, and production Wells and no well controlled area between attachment.(5)Comprehensive analysis, the influence of remaining oil distribution is the factors of the development of the crack band and injection-production patterns of the adaptability of not net.(6)Through the numerical simulation and forecast, encrypt between oil well, perforations thickness layers and undrilled layers can obtain good effect.(7) In comprehensive geological study and numerical simulation results, and on the basis of comprehensive adjustment plan formulated, the comprehensive adjustment scheme can achieve good development effect.
