With the intensive development of livestock farming systems, alarge high concentration of waste water was into the surface waterbodies, caused a big water eutrophication, adding to a shortage ofwater resource in China. Breeding industry wastewater usually was onanaerobic fermentation by methane project,and Anaerobicfermented liquid usually adopts the ordinary urban sewage treatmentmethod such as A/O or A2/O process or SBR and multilevel A/Ocomposite technology to realize denitrification and phosphorus, but it isdifficult to control enables it to achieve the best denitrification andphosphorus effect since its high degree of automation.The topictreated anaerobic fermented liquid simple pretreatment through A/Oprocess, and use microalgae treated wastewater,on the one handdegradated the wastewater nutrients, and on the other hand harvestthe part of microalgae thus obtain a certain of proteins economicbenefits.The experiment use the pig farm wastewater anaerobic fermentedliquid as a micro algae medium, wastewater containing a largeamount of N, P nutrition, abundance organic matter, and mineral suchas K, Ca and so on, micro algae need, can provide abundant goodsources of nutrition for micro algae.This experiment treated wastewaterwith spirulina platensis, investigated the effect of NH3-N、TN、TP andCOD in wastewater by spirulina plantensis and the best condition ofexploration of microalgae growth in wastewater.Experiments show that the wastewater be treated by Coagulationprecipitate-anaerobic-oxidation pretreatment can be used as mediumof spirulina plantensis.Add2g/L PAC to wastewater, anaerobic3d,oxidation3d, sludge density6g/L,9%H2O2,can degradated chroma ofwastewater under400,NH3-N of wastewater under320mg/L satisfy the growth condition of spirulina platensis.The biodegration effect of spirulina plantensis to wastewater wasobviously,the efficiency remove of NH3-N、TN、TP and COD can reach at79%、76%、75%and62%。...
