Aspheric optical surface is used extensively in many fields such as aerospace, national defense, scientific instruments, and products for the consumer etc. In order to processing and into aspheric optical surface with high quality, we need the high performance cast processing machine tools. A high performance inquiry into machine involves many of the key technologies. Among them, inquiry into pressure control, and inquiry into the path planning tools and so on are problems to be solved in academics. According to the research group research into machine tools, the paper analyzes and researches the control system, each moving axis control, and feed rate inquiry into machine. Thus provides the theory basis for the aspheric surface processing control.The paper designed hardware control platform of the inquiry into machine by the analyzing the structure characteristics and moving axis number of the inquiry into machine. Adopt the open CNC system of A3200Multi-axis controller that based on the multi-axial controller real-time plugin environment, it makes a linkage control for the work platform, table, and turntable.Based on analyzing the mechanism of inquiry into processing and control deeply, established compliant control model on the base of linear motor constant load bearing output. It analyzes the position relationship between inquiry into tools and workpiece that in inquiry into processing. It deduced constant load bearing output formula by using of space geometry theory in the cases of being machining for external known work. Make further demonstrated to the feasibility of the load bearing output based on Kirchhoffs law. And it analyzes to this model using simulation software.Through building the relationship between work coordinate system and machine coordinate system, the paper deduced the kinematics model of the inquiry into machine on the base of space coordinate transform theory. And the inverse kinematics is obtained. On the base of the mechanical arm Jacques than matrix, the relationship of the feed rate and movement speed and acceleration of the machine axis is obtained. In view of the above, take trapezoid acceleration and deceleration for example, combined with the constraints of the inquiry into processing to spindle speed, the rate optimization module of the inquiry into machine is designed. And it analyzed this module by the simulation software.
