This study used reverse microemulsion method to prepare of undoped and rare earth Cedoped V2O5microemulsion droplets. Actived Carbon AC1was selected for the carrier, and thecarrier was pretreated with HNO3to get the AC2, then vanadium loaded carbon-based AC3.AC2was doped with solution which contained Ce to obtain AC4. At Last, it analysed the fourcatalysts in pore structure and evaluated the activity of catalysts with a fixed bed flue gassimulation device.The dosage of Cetyltrim Trimtthyl Ammonium Bromide, the types, the dosage ofcosurfactant and the continuous phase type of the system were studied in order to get the steablesystem. Conductivity method was used to determine the microemulsion system: CetyltrimTrimtthyl Ammonium Bromide/n-butyl alcohol/octane/water solution. And the maximium waterholding capacity was up to16.7%when mass ratio of CTAB, n-butyl alcohol and n-octane was3:7:18. The products were characterized by means of Infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction,Scanning electron microscopy and Transmission electron microscope. IR spectrum showed V=Oand V-O-V typical adsorption bands. XRD analysis of the prepared grain conr firmed thepresence of V2O5.SEM images showed different morphology of nano particles and TEM wasapplied to investigate the size was about6-20nm with the narrow size distribution andmonodisperse. Specific surface area also be tested to analysis properties. Compared to fourcatalysts, BET results showed that the microporous ratio were increased of39.14%,42.79%,38.39%of catalysts AC2, AC3and AC4respectively compared to AC1. In order to evaluate thecatalysts, SO2volume concentration:1000ppm, NOxbulk concentration:500ppm, O2volumefraction:6%, NH3bulk concentration:500ppm, reaction temperature:160℃, catalyst dosingquantity:8g with fixed bed reactor were simulated. As the result was that the proprerty ofnanoV2O5/AC with Ce was better, flue gas desulfurization ratio was35.99%, denitration rate was36.14%.
