In this paper, the author designed a analytical supercritical CO2extraction device, effective to overcome the deficiencies of the traditional extraction equipment, and this has broad application prospects and research value. Since extraction, separation and distillation column is the core equipment of extraction device, their structural design is of great significance.The author introduced the features and applications of supercritical fluid, reviewed process and application of supercritical CO2extraction and designed a process of supercritical CO2extraction, separation and distillation, and gave a specific process flow diagram. Then design methods of key equipment in the supercritical CO2extraction device, that is extractor, separator and distillation column, were introduced, mainly the innovative structure design, including the overall structural design, the upper and lower part quick opening structure design, sealing structure design and anti-shedding structure design of the extractor and separator, as well as the overall structural design, the upper and lower part quick opening structure design, sealing structure design and interior design of the distillation column. On the basis of structure design, the author determined the process and structural dimensions of the various components and did the corresponding strength calculation.At last the author worked on the numerical simulation of the internal flow field of supercritical CO2extractor, and make the uniformity of the fluid through the material in its horizontal cross-section on the speed as evaluation of the extraction of the internal flow field and the extraction efficiency, and selected inlet velocity, inlet diameter, inlet angle, distance between inlet and distribution board and two-way inlet as the factors affecting the internal flow field of the extractor, then investigated the distribution of inner flow field of the extractor, verifying the uniformity of internal flow distribution of the device.
