The lanthanide ions have outstanding luminescence, photoelectricity, pharmacodynamic properties, due to their unique electronic structures. These properties can be enhanced by formation of chelate between lanthanide ions and organic ligand. Therefore, the extensive researches focusing on lanthanide-organic frameworks will provide broader space and prospect for developing novel organic liagnd molecules. Design and synthesis of organic ligands with novel structures, Multi-function coordination groups, and efficient energy transfer to lanthanide ions has been attracted significant attention for several subjects including organic chemistry, coordination chemistry, medicinal chemistry, analytical chemistry. The thesis consists of six parts:Part Ⅰ:Literature review. The mechanics and influence factors of photoluminescence of the lanthanide organic complexes, the types of organic ligand, development and applications of the lanthanide organic complexes were reviewed.Part Ⅱ:Design and synthesis of the ligand containing nitrogen heterocycle. The ligands containing nitrogen heterocycle, which possess novel structures and unique biological activities, are widely applied in the fields of coordination chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and other fields. The highlights of this thesis were that several kinds of nitrogenous heterocycle ligands with clear structure were designed and synthesized.Based on pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid as original material based on pyridine ring as main framework as well as methylene or amide group as bridging group, ligands containing nitrogen heterocycle were introduced into thiazole ring, pyrazole ring, and acac acetylacetonate. N2,N6-bis(4-phenylthiazol-2-yl)pyridine-2,6-dicarboxamide (L1),4-isopr opyl-2,6-bisbenzoylactylpyridine (L2),1,1’-(pyridine-2,6-dimethylene)bis (pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylic acid)(L3),4-(2-acetyl-3-oxobutyl)pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate (L4),4-((3,5-dicarboxy-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid(L5).Part III:The characterization of structures of the ligands and intermediates. All the ligands and intermediates were characterized by IR,1HNMR.Part IV:Synthesis, characterization and fluorescence properties of the complexes. Based on4-isopropyl-2,6-bisbenzoylactyl pyridine (L2) and1,1’-(pyridine-2,6-dimethylene)bis(pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylic acid)(L3) as the ligands of lanthanide ions Tb3+, two kinds of complexes were synthesized. The complexes were characterized with elemental analysis, TG-DSC, IR, and EI-MS. And then their photoluminescence properties have been investigated by fluorescence spectra.Part V:Studies on the interaction between lanthanide-organic complexes and bovine serum albumin (BSA). Lanthanide ions possess lots of special pharmacological response, such as anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, anticoagulant, analgesis, and so on. Nitrogenous heterocycles pyridine ring, pyrazole ring, thiazole ring, which have a good deal of biological activities, are widely applied in the field of medicinal chemistry. These two types of substances with biological activities were linked by coordination bond. Under the imitated physiological pH condition of animal body, the interaction of the complexes Tb2(L2)3·5H2O and [TbL3(H2O)4]Cl·H2O with BSA was studied by spectrometry, and the mechanisms of BSA by the complexes were analyzed; The binding constants, number of binding sites, and nature of the binding forces were obtained by the Stern-Volmer equation and Scatchard equation; The effects of the complexes on the conformation of BSA were studied by the synchronous fluorescence spectra.Part VI:Conclusion...
