The Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a new disease therapies being use for the treatment for cancer, killing the bacterial and germ, which is advantage of security,1ess toxin side effect, no-scat, selectivity et al. The photosensitizers (PS) play an important role in the PDT, whose the efficient is depend on the performance of photosensitizer, Currently, The photosensitizer being use is the Hematoporphyrin derivative, it have some shortcoming such as short absorption wavelength, absorption of low intensity, poor selectivity, long-term toxicity of the photosensitive, et al. To a certain extent, the PS of a single structure restrict the development of the he Photodynamic therapy. Our research is the cationic dyes, Benzo[a]phenoxazinium chalcogen analogues with heteroatom (O, S, Se), in which, the absorption wavelengthis more than650nm, the absorption intensity is of high, be high of adsorption selectivity for the tumor, the time of the metabolic is little, the side effect is low, the synthesis and structural modification is easy, that, the Benzo[a]phenoxazinium chalcogen analogues with heteroatom (O, S, Se) is regarded as an ideal photosensitizers. By design and synthesis Benzo[a]phenoxazinium chalcogen analogues with oxygen elements (S, Se, Te) of different structures, reveal the relationship between the structures, and the spectral properties of the Benzo[a]phenoxazinium chalcogen analogues.. Researching more ideal PS have an scientific significance to the development of the dynamic therapy.On the base of comprehensive literature, our work use the naphthalen-1-amine as the starting material, obtain a serial of naphthalen-1-amine derivative with, and then, synthesis benzo[a]phenoxazinium chalcogen analogues with heteroatom(O, S, Se)with side chain modification, EtNBSe-COOH, EtNBSe-SO3H, EtNBSe-OH,EtNBSe-COOH;EtNBA-COOH;EtNBA-SO3H;EtNBA-OH; EtNBS-COOH;EtNBS-OH;EtNBS-SO3H; teat UV and fluorescence absorption spectrum; analysis the effect of solvent to the maximum absorption wavelength; determine the molar extinction coefficient.
