The problem of pollution by used Tetracycline has caused global attention. China is one of the antibiotics countries and the pollution problems need to be solved urgently. In this thesis, Tetracycline.Aureonycin,Oxytetracycline as an example we studied the antibiotics in the soil of adsorption and desorption behaviors on wheat growth of ecological influence toxicity. The main research results are as follows:1. With the increasing of the balance concentration the adsorption quantity is growthing large; In the same concentration of adsorption equilibrium, the adsorption quantity is the black more than brown soil, and in black soil, the adsorption of pollutants in proportion with pollutants concentration decreased. But in brown soil.it performance "collaborative adsorption" characteristics.in another way. the proportion of adsorption pollutants are as pollutant concentration increases.2. With the increasing of the tetracycline class antibiotic balance the adsorption capacity also increase after removing the organic matter. In the same balance under the condition of concentration, the adsorption quantity slightly lower than the soil who contains organic matter, but the adsorption did not performence obvious difference.3. In the different cationic conditions, the adsorption of tetracycline class antibiotic did not performence obvious difference; With the increase of the tetracycline class concentration the adsorption of the tetracycline class antibiotic capacity is also increaseing.4. The heavy metal may promote the adsorption of the tetracycline class antibiotic in soil.and the promoting function of copper ions more strong than the cadmium.5. In the concentration of the laboratory is setted. aureomycin is stronger than tetracycling in the effect on wheat germination rate, but it do not performance obviously. Two antibiotics is promoting the buds elongation and the aureomycin is stronger than the tetracycline.6. The influence of the amylase and catalase by two kinds of antibiotics on wheat si as the same of the germination rate, they are all promoted first and inhibited after, and in the high concentration the aureomycin is stronger than the tetracycline. 7. The influence of the tetracycline on the wheat protease is promoted first and as follows it inhibitioned, but aureomycin have been inhibition is.
