With the widely application of CO2flooding technology to improve oil recovery, CO2corrosion becomes a main problem in oil and gas production. Therefore, studying of behavior, influence factors, mechanisms and corrosion rate prediction model of CO2corrosion for pipeline steel in oil&gas production system provides a practical guiding significance to oilfield production.First, in this paper, by using weight loss method and macroscopically photograph of test button, studies factors that affect Q235steel, and concludes the influence rules relate to temperature, time and oil content, etc. for corrosion rate of pipeline steel.Second, based on the similarity theory, simulates the actual oilfield pipeline flow environment, designed and manufactured a dynamic corrosion test device, which could simulate the pipe flow with velocity less than3m/s, then carry on the closed type CO2dynamic simulation experiment to Q235steel at different temperature or oil content conditions.Third, based on the experiment data, using mathematical statistics correlation theories, sorting the corrosive factors, finds the main corrosion influencing factors. Finally, based on the corrosion rate prediction model of De Waard, established a uniform corrosion rate prediction model and verified the results with experiment data.
