At present, most of China’s oil fields have entered the high water cut stage. In the process of water flooding, moisture content increases relatively high. With the deve-lopment of Flooding technology, people began to use more effective techniques of deep flooding to increase the sweep and enhance oil recovery ratio. In development of low-permeability oil fields, we also apply production technology of artificial-harmon-ic-wave which is characterized by low cost, simple process and no environmental po-llutions. Therefore, production technology of artificial harmonic wave becomes more and more valued and welcomed by the national oil industry. We combine these two technologies, learning strong points to offset weaknesses, providing technical suppo-rts for more effective development of oil fields.The article shows the method combining laboratory experiments with theories to study the regular of influence that production technology of artificial-harmonic-wave impacts on composite flooding effect of biological enzyme/nanoparticle. First, research on the regular of artificial harmonic wave’s propagation in the stratum and the mechanism of biology enzyme/nanoparticle composite flooding. Then take a macroscopic study on nanospheres" profile performance, nanospheres’ profile control, effect on the nanospheres’ profile which is made by low-frequency artificial-harmonic-wave, and the regular of influence of composite flooding effect of biological enzyme/nanoparticle made by production technology of artificial-harmonic-wave. Finally, summarizes and analyzes the regular of influence of binary complex deep profile made by production technology of artificial-harmonic-wave, and the optimal compound flooding into the amount of agent and technology process the field tests show that production technology of artificial-harmonic-wave has broad application prospects in increasing the low-permeability oil recovery radio.
