By grinding method, several urushiol-based polymers (UBPs), which contained urushiol polymer (UP), saturated urushiol polymer (SUP), urushiol-titanium polymer (UTP) and urushiol-lead polymer (ULP) were successfully prepared. Their structures and performances were characterized by GPC, Py-GC/MS, XRD and so on. Furthermore, the porous films and microspheres of UBPs were fabricated by Breath Figures.By grinding method, urushiol polymer (UP) could be obtained with anhydrous ferric chloride as the catalyst. The structures and performances of UPFe-c were characterized by Py-GC/MS, XRD, EDS, SEM and so on. The results showed that the reaction process mainly contained the crosslinking reaction of the side chain double bond and the oxidation coupling reaction of benzene ring. The morphology of UPFe-c granules was porous, and it had excellent adsorption capacity for lead ions.Saturated urushiol polymer was also prepared with anhydrous ferric chloride as a catalyst. Furthermore, the porous films and microspheres from saturated urushiol polymer were fabricated by Breath Figures.Form urushiol and tetrabutyl titanate, UTP was successfully prepared by grinding method. Their structures and performances were characterized by UV, FT-IR, Py-GC/MS, XRD, EDS and so on. Then, UTP porous films were fabricated by Breath Figures. The results showed that the porous flims with regular morphology could be obtained when the ABS resin was added. The pore size of ABS/UTP porous flims was about1.1μm. Furthermore, they not only had excellent acid, alkali and ethanol resistance, but also good hydrophobic properties.The urushiol polymer (UPAg-c) was prepared by grinding method with silver nitrate as the catalyst. UPAg-c was characterized by UV, FT-IR, GPC, EDS, TG and so on. And then the porous films were prepared from UPAg-c-The results showed that the porous flims with regular morphology and pore size uniformity had excellent heat-resistant, acid and solvent resistance after keeping in oven at180℃for4h. Through the statistics, the pore size of UPAg-c porous flims was about1.4μm. Furthermore, the silver ions could be directly restored on the surface of the UPAg-c porous flims irradiated by UV light. It was successfully achieved surface modification of silver nanoparticles on the porous films.ULP was successfully prepared by grinding method, and then it was characterized by UV, FT-IR, EDS, TG and so on. The results showed that the ULP had excellent heat-resistant. The ULP porous films and microspheres with regular morphology could be obtained by Breath Figures.
