Dwindling of global petroleum reserves, and the booming industry of mechanical, aerospace, petrochemical and other industrial equipment with increasing precision requirements of friendly environment, it has become a global consensus of environment-friendly cutting fluid of development, it will slowly away to the lubrication times of main aspects for mineral oil, that mineral cutting fluid of threaten the environment will poised to overtake environment-friendly cutting fluid. With innovation of cutting process and technology, promote the quality of continued upgrading of cutting fluids, the demand for environment-friendly cutting fluid to countries is steadily on the increase. Based on titanium alloy cutting, it has been difficult to met the requirements of mineral based oil, that is a necessity of social development of biodegradable, energy saving and environmental protection.lt is necessary for development of environment-friendly titanium alloy cutting fluid.In this thesis, a complex system is constitute of base oil, additives, biodegradable, eco-toxicity, economic and others interrelated of friendly environment titanium alloy cutting fluid, which interrelated, mutual restraint, many factors, and often the lack of quantitative data. In the past, take effective measures for experiments of experience and consume a large amount of manpower, materials and financial resources, which relies on subjective judgment and fuzzy factor of influence too much, therefore, it is inevitable which lacks of rationality and scientific, and therefore often do not take into account best performance and optimize designed oil of the development. Based on above situation, in this thesis a research is made into the problems encountered of the development of environment-friendly titanium alloy cutting fluid. Using an idea of global optimization, build the entire design flow of the optimization from type selection, base oil, formula of environment-friendly titanium alloy cutting fluid, which completion the optimized model of type selection, base oil, additive, formula schemes, and respectively made optimization of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). According to requirements of cutting performance of the titanium alloy, in the system summary, suitable for base oil and additives on the basis of environment-friendly cutting fluid of existing, to determine the best formula for the oil of development, use of uniform design, optimization model, experience judgment of supplemented by any necessary and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). Analysis software such as Excel and MATLAB were employed to solve computational complexity issues brought with the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). The environment-friendly titanium alloy cutting fluid of developed based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), its performance better after the performance evaluation, not only satisfy the demanding requirement of titanium alloy cutting, but also meet the requirement of environmental protection. This study has great significance to accelerate the development of mechanical engineering, friction disciplines in China and promote the development of environment-friendly cutting fluid, energy saving and environmental protection.
