The study of sugar production clarification process is the innovation exploring direction in sugar research workers. In the current of carbonate method and sulfite sugar production process there are still a great number of outstanding problems, such as high lime consumption and large alkali filter mud in carbonation process factory, SO2pollution and large sulfite residual in sulfitation process factory. In order to solve these problems, many researchers also did a lot of work in new technology of the clarification process. Part of the scientific research workers have realized that the component of the first and the second expressed juice have been remarkable differences. However, there are not systemic research reports on the clarification process of the first expressed juice and the second expressed juice with low lime consumption and low sulfite. Therefore, this paper point to research the the second expressed juice by the low lime consumption to saturate to get the second expressed clear juice. This article absorb their advantages of carbonation and sulfitation process, the second expressed juice saturate in low temperature, as it contains low purity and high levels of non-sugars. The first expressed juice clarify by sulfitation process, as it contains high purity and low levels of non-sugars. Then the first ecpressed sulfitation juice was neutralized by using the high alkalinity of the second expressed purified juice. It can reduce the consumption of the lime and sulfure. It can get the high efficiency and low production cost. The main contents of the paper and related resulte are as follows:1.In order to determine the best technical parameters of clarifying the first and the second espressed juice, it systemicly analysis the composition of the differences and characteristics of juice first. Using sugar cane sugar uniform analysis method, ICP-AES and analysis of automatic analyzer for amino acids analyse routine component in sugarcane juice, inorganic composition and amino acid content. The results show that there are significant differences about the composition among the first expressed juice, the second expressed juice, mix juice and according to the proportion of the mixed juice. The quality of the first expressed juice is superior to mix juice, significantly better than the second expressed juice. The first espressed juice contains high purity. Compared with the mixted juice, the purity of the first expressed juice is higher by1.53GP, sucrose points higher by22.12%, the value of color lower by26.04%; Compared with the second expressed juice, the purity of the first expressed juice is higher by5.22GP, sucrose points higher by88.12%, the value of color lower by37.59%. The value of phenolic pigment, colloid, ash content and other impurities in the first edpressed juice contentation are less. In the same Brix among the first expressed juice、the second expressed juice and the mixed juice, the contents of the iron,sodium,aluminum,copper,zinc,silicon of the first expressed juice are lower than the mixture juice and the second expressed juice. The content of calcium is almost the same. The amino acid content is23.439mg/(100mL·°Bx) in the first expressed juice. The amino acids in the second expressed juice, the mixed juice and according to the proportion of the mixed juice respectively are33.074mg/(100mL·°Bx),27.893mg/(100mL·°Bx),26.000mg/(100mL·°Bx). The analysis data has provided with adequate basis for clarified the first expressed juice and the second expressed juice following the principle of separating the clear and the muddy. It also indicate the research direction for the clarification process of the first and the second expressed juice in low lime consumpation and low sulfitation.2. Taking purity, color value, calcium salt, reducing sugar, the residue of sulfur and settling velocity as indicator, in the condition of the laboratory,after a lot of single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment, we explore the optimum process indicators of the first and the second expressed juice with low lime consumption and low sulfite. In the second expressed juice, low lime consumption is0.8gCaO/100mL,the temperature is25℃,saturator pH25℃is11.6,heating temperature is58℃. In the first expressed juice, sulphur fumigated strength is2.2g/L. PAM add volume is lmg/L.The pH of the second expressed juice and the sulphur fumigated strength of the first expressed juice have the most influence on clarification result.3、It is compared between the new clarification technology and the traditional clarification process, getting through clarificating the first and the second expressed juice, the mixed juice and according to the proportion of the mixed juice in the traditional clarification process and separating clarificating in low lime consumption and low sulfite in the first and the second expressed juice. The results show that the purity of efficiency in the new clarification technology is all above12%, and even can amount to18%, clean efficiency significantly higher than the traditional method. When mixed proportion change by the first expressed juice:the second expressed juice=65:35to50:50, the color value of optical clear juice gradually reduced, compare with the clear juice of traditional method, comparison with the first expressed clear juice clarifiting in traditional sulfite process, lower about300-500IU56o than the mixed clear juice clarifiting in traditional sulfite process, lower about1000-1200IU56o than the second expressed clear juice clarifiting in traditional sulfite process. Calcium salt content of the new clarification technology clear juice is14~30%lower than the clear juice clarifiting in traditional sulfite process. Compared with the traditional sulfite method, relative to the traditional method of sulfite in lower residual sugar refinery46%, reduce sulfur amount34%. The lime consumption of the new clarification process relative to the traditional method of sulfite adding about22.5%. Relative to the traditional method of carbonate process as the lime consumption on2.0gCaO/100mL juice is84%lower. Reducing the alkaline filter mud sugar refinery is about85%. The new process can relative and reduces residual sugar refineryeach method of sulfur, and improves the clarification effects, to reduce the production cost, and to increase the rate of the reclaim.
