| The shallowing depletion of resources and the growing demand for resources resulted in most of our conditional mine deep to the deep extension, In this process,"High stress, High flow, High geothermal, A disturbance" effect will gradually appear.The heights stress resulting a lot of exploitation of technical problems in deep metal mines,Such as,mine pressure appeared to exacerbate,roadway supported care difficulties,rock zonal disintegration,rockburst geological disasters gradually normalized and so on,in this context,deep relief mining came into being. Deep resources of safe, efficient and economic mining in the mining sector has always been an urgent need to solve the problems which can not be a good solution, relief mining is an important means.This study, relying on the Guangxi Natural Science Foundation Project 《Deep metal mines relief mining》,to deep105orebody of the Guangxi Gaofeng Mining Companies the object of study,for the stress induced rock pressure disasters that may occur during deep105orebody large-scale mining process,conducts relief mining study. Study combines mining conditions of mining area and mining method, the level of ground stress and rock mechanics parameters, proposes four kinds of relief way and analyzes relief effect of program based on numerical simulation, has the honor to draw the following conclusions:1ã€Use hollow inclusions strain method measure situ rock stress and make sure that there is high-intensity tectonic stress in the105orebody of mining area. Combines mining conditions of mining area and mining method, the level of ground stress and rock mechanics parameters and Uses a combination of brittleness coefficient,the maximum stored elastic strain energy,burst proneness index and impact energy discriminant Evaluating rock burst, reach a conclusion: There are rock burst in the105orebody tin ore of mining are and exists the rock burst internal; reef limestone does not have the rock burst.2ã€Analysis the existing research on backfill on rockburst control, weakening mechanism and summarize the supporting role of the backfill on the plate,backfill to improve the surrounding rock stress conditions,Backfill energy absorption and disaster reduction role3ã€Combined with existing relief study and comprehensive consideration that the chief situ stress is horizontal tectonic stress, there are four kinds of proposed relief programs:arrangement of relief groove on both sides of the stope;arrangement of relief groove on roof and floor of the stope; deep-hole pressure release blasting in hanging wall of the stope; a ore block two-step mining, First, Use the filling method mine near the the hanging wall part of the orebody,then,use upward slice filled stope mining method mine remaining ore body. Numerical simulation analyzes relief effect of program,draw the following conclusions:arrangement of relief groove on both sides of the stope reduces stope surrounding stress14.8%; arrangement of relief groove on roof and floor of the stope is failure; deep-hole pressure release blasting in hanging wall of the stope reduces stope surrounding stress50.4%,there is an effective stress buffer zone has formed between the orebody and surrounding rock;a ore block two-step mining reduces stope surrounding stress63.6%.Finally,mke sure that a ore block two-step mining is best scheme, after comparing and analyzing the maximum principal stress. |
