Modern processing manufacturing industry in our country are occurring in the rapid progress, nc machine tools and machining center in which the push for a function, let the manufacturing technology with a qualitative leap. Numerical control machine tool has become a strong technical measure to gauge the country first. Along with the development, people on the numerical control machine tool set the new request.High efficiency, high precision, high integration, high intelligence, flexibility and parallel drive, network, and the green processing technology has become the21st century the trend of the development of numerical control machine. Numerical control machine tool in processing process, bearings, motor, guide will produce a certain quantity of heat, the quantity of heat of numerical control machine parts produced by displacement or hot angular displacement hotline, i.e. thermal deformation. Numerical control machine tool of the thermal deformation and reduce the processing accuracy, the product this error is thermal error. Through consulting, calculation way to realize, hot error for the machining precision CNC machine has great influence, even for the special destructive role in numerical control machine in all the error the proportion of the most, some as high as more than half. Therefore, effective and reasonable control of nc machine thermal error has become the top priority of the improvement of the machining accuracy. Thus, often asked us how to improve? The actions? This thesis aims to a certain type of longmen processing center, using thermal error compensation with the theory and method of the thermal error analysis and prediction. This topic was the following: 1. Understand the domestic and foreign research present situation, and proposed some major problems.2. Describes the basic theory of ANSYS thermal analysis, including:heat conduction, steady-state transient heat transfer, ANSYS software of the heat analysis in the process, making the nc machining center analysis process.3. The high speed machining center of thermal characteristics of main shaft system is analyzed, and the temperature of the spindle of changes in the field and thermal deformation make predictions, established the thermal error prediction model.4. For nc machine tools in the field of thermal error compensation problem to be solved, the more thorough theoretical study, so as to further improve the machining precision of the numerical control machine. In this study, the neural network theory established numerical control machine thermal error compensation model; Numerical control machine tool hot error compensation is neural network model is the focus of this study, based on the BP neural network of good characteristic, established numerical control machine thermal error compensation neural network model, using the test out of the data of the model of the structure performance test and forecast.An overview:this thesis overall points five chapters, respectively detailed analyses of the study, in line with improving nc machining center processing precision for the purpose, from the current problems, basic theoretical knowledge, through the ANSYS thermal analysis, the BP neural network model, a reasonable and effective analysis model. Through the above work, reduce the heat of the machine tool, error and assure the special processing precision. This study has important practical significance.
