With the development of the aviation standing timber and transportation,quality, corrosion resistance and tensile strength of aluminum were strict by theseindustries. Inclusion of aluminum alloy had the Significant influence on the physicalproperties, so it becomes the hotpot.To study varying pattern of inclusion, thedistribution,surface morphology,particle size and ingredients of the1235,5083and6063three aluminum alloy were analysed by OM, SEM, EPMA.1.In aluminum alloy of producting1235, the quantity of inclusion was more,most of them were irregularity after purification, the quantity of inclusion wasdeclined, size was decreased and distribution was well. After refining agent refined,size decreased from20μm40μm to15μm25μm. After intert gas removedimpurities, the size reduced to5μm15μm. Finally, the size was smaller than10μm after degassing process online, and the rough surface of inclusion turned tosmooth, but the shape was irregular. Oxide carbide intermetallic fewer sulfide andnitrides which were composed by chemical elements of Al、O、C、Mg、Si、Fe、Ca、K、Na、Cu, tured into other oxide carbide intermetallic which were composed bychemical elements of Al、C、O、Si, and based on Al2O3and Al4C3adsorbed theinclusion which composed by chemical elements of fewer K、Na、Ca.2.In aluminum alloy of producting5083, inclusion declined in the number,distributed uniformly after purification methods such as refining process. The size ofinclusion turned from15μm45μm to smaller than10μm. Oxide carbideintermetallic fewer sulfide and nitrides which were composed by chemical elementsof Al、O、C、Cr、Mn、S、Si、Ca、K、Na、Cu, tured into other oxide carbide intermetallicwhich were composed by chemical elements of Al、C、O、Si.3.In aluminum alloy of producting6063, the inclusions declined in the number,distributed uniformly after purification process. The size turned from15μm45μm to smaller than10μm, and the surface become smooth.Compared with1235and5083,6063had common phenomenon, inclusions grew up by adsorbed with each other, but inclusions in1235exist as independence. The inclusions in6063whichbased on Al2O3、Al4C3and C, composed oxide carbide intermetallic and fewersulfide which were composed by chemical elements Si、Cr、Mn、Ca、S、K、Zn、Na、Cu, turned into other inclusions based on Al2O3and Al4C3which adsorbed fewerimpurity elements.
