Surface quality has important effect on the operational performance of parts. Surface micro-topography is an important part of surface quality. Some correlative theories and practice show that surface micro-topography has important effect on friction and attrition, contact rigidity, anti-fatigue characteristic, adhesion characteristic of products. The test point out that controlling surface processing condition obtains the expected surface topography to improve the operational performance of parts with theoretical significance and practical value.Electrochemical Processing Technology is one of surface processing, it has been gradually regarded because of many advantages:adapting range wide、 no residual stress, profiled processing convenience. Traditionally, electrochemical surface processing technology is used on surface finishing, the study found, electrochemical processing can not only refine surface, but also coarsen surface, therefore, through controlling electrochemical machining parameters to obtain the expected surface topography, it forms the surface topography control technology, enriching surface processing technology and extending application scope is of great significance.The test is based on1Crl8Ni9Ti that the society is used widely, the electrochemical surface erosion processing techniques, taking the surface adhesion an example, researching modulation technology of surface micro-topography. The rules of technological parameters such as electric current density, electrolyte composition and concentration, electrolyte temperature, inter-electrodes gap, machining time effect on surface micro-topography are systemically summed up through large numbers of experimental research. Through orthogonal experiments we synthetically discussed the rule that technological parameters influence on surface quality, obtained the greatest impact process parameters. On the basic, the workpiece surface adhesion were researched, with wetting angle reflects the adhesion, through determining the contact angle on the specimen surface with water, the rules of surface micro-topography effects on adhesion are summed up.With electrochemical machining experimental data is based, BP neural network as a mathematical tool, it sets up the relationship model between the electrochemical machining process parameters and surface micro-topography, Using the model to achieve the prediction from the process parameters to surface micro-topography, also can realize to reverse the parameters, it formed surface morphology control technology. Based on experimental data that the surface topography impact on the wetting properties, with two polynomial regression analysis and BP neural network as a mathematical tool, it established the mathematical model between the surface topography and wetting angle, Using this model, it can realize the prediction from the surface micro-topography to wetting, also can realize the reverse prediction from surface wetting to surface micro-topography.Through the above research, we master the inner relationship of the electrochemical machining conditions-surface micro-topography--adhesion, realized surface micro topography design that it has the expected performance, and used electrochemical machining to realize surface morphology controllable.
