Main haulage roadway and rail roadway in Guqiao mining area through unstable geological anomalies structural belt in the mining, the complicated geologic conditions at anomalous area brings difficulties and unfavorable influence to construction safety and economy performance. The traditional support system and its supporting ability in this complex geological condition can no achieve the expected supporting effect. So, this paper choice the ground grouting reinforcement and circular reinforced concrete permanent support to solve this problem. In the ground grouting, start with the theoretical study of the ground pre-grouting then parameter selection and the reinforcement effect analysis on-site engineering practice. In roadway support, after comparing the support schemes select circular reinforced concrete permanent support, and results obtained by laboratory model and numerical simulation for analysis.By analyzing the field measured data and site core rock, we can see that the ground grouting has much strengthen effect on roadway surrounding rock, it increases integrity and strength of surrounding rock; by analyzing the model test and numerical simulation calculation we can conclude that the choice of the supporting structure under uniform loads have higher carrying capacity.The results show that:deep well within the broken wall rock roadway in strengthening and support, not only can reduce regional fissures rate of abnormal body, prevent out of the waters may, and can strengthen the mechanical properties of rock mass of roadway floor, improve the rock mass strength, increase of surrounding rock from carrying capacity, ensure the safe use of roadway. In the paper, the research results can supply gushing leakage technical difficulty of deeply freezing shaft wall with reference. Therefore this study provide a reference for solve the complicated geological conditions of the deep roadway construction difficulties.
