| In environment pollution, automobile exhaust nitrogen oxides make an inportant role, for the purpose of protection environment, using a type of dielectric barrier discharge plasma coordination modified compound adsorption catalysts in removal of automobile exhaust NO.Researched the synergy of non-thermal plasma combined with micro-silica catalyst, composite sepiolite catalyst and attapulgite composite catalyst removed automobile exhaust NO,and comparation the results of the synergy of non-thermal plasma combined with micro-silica catalyst, composite sepiolite catalyst and attapulgite composite catalyst removal automobile exhaust NO, provided a theoretical basis for the middle test experiment of removal NO.Made the reactor discharge electrode pole diameter, the discharge voltage, the amount of silica fume composite, composite method, the catalyst calcined way, NO concentration in the initial intake, space velocity and other factors for the parameters, did single-factor multi-level experiments.The results show that:NO removal percentage increased firstly with the electrode diameter and then decreased, increased with the discharge voltage increasing, increased with the loading amount, decreased with the inlet concentration, increased with the space velocity increasing. The optimal electrode diameter is1.0mm, NO removal percentage is about60%, optimal discharge voltage is15KV, NO removal percentage is about63%, catalyst loading full range of the reaction, NO removal percentage is about70%, NO initial concentration is122ppm, NO removal ratio is basically100%, space velocity is3.93s-1, NO removal ratio is about60%. The best inlet of NO concentration for sepiolite composite catalyst is180ppm, the best space velocity is1.31s-1, the best initial concentration of NO for attapulgite composite catalyst is180ppm, the best space velocity is1.31s-1.Experimental results show that:there are the best discharge voltage, NO initial concentration, space velocity, compound way, catalyst calcined way. |
