Biological bibulous materials had their water absorption ability with good moistureand softness. In this article, the length of crosslinking agent blended with principles,taking butyl acrylate to improve its softness characteristics, and their synthetic productswere characterized, finally, the related performance was analyzed and discussed.Results were as follows:(1) In order to make average molecular weight of the product moderate andcrosslinking point reasonable. Before the reaction, the crosslinking agent was added, theinitiator was added at last, so that a reasonable network structure was gotten; meanwhile,to improve the flexibility of the product, a certain volume of butyl acrylic was added inthe reaction system, whose elastic properties have been improved. The preparation ofthe concrete process: reaction system with acrylic acid, acrylamide, sodium hydroxide,butyl acrylic, potassium sulfate, N,N-methylene double acrylamide and distilled water.Note: the vacuum drying time was96hours, stirring speed was400r/min, the secondphase polymerization temperature was60℃, acrylic acid and degrees was75%, acrylicquality and acrylamide quality ratio was21, water absorbing ability of preparingbiological materials was1080g/g.(2) The copolymerization reaction between reactants was showed in the infraredspectra. TG analysis showed that the thermal stability was fine, after the waterabsorption of biological bibulous the internal structures of materials contained muchfree water, integrating water part was a little. Scanning electron microscopy (sem)figure indicated that the biological material was three-dimensional network structure,and the distribution of the porous network structure was uniform, the uniformity ofcopolymer, the validation of the infrared spectra and XRD pictures of consistency: thereactants was indeed happened between copolymerization reaction. Differentialscanning calorimetry (DSC) instrument to biological bibulous materials before and afterabsorbing water made a comparative analysis of the two groups, DSC images showed:water absorption of the DSC picture after all was some of the changes of watermolecules; after absorbing the DSC graph curve was not very big.(3)The three kinds of samples with bibulous rate and the rate of physiological salinwere tested in the25℃,35℃,40℃,50℃, and60℃, found that the temperaturewas the higher,1#,2#and3#bibulous rate and suck saline rate was the trend ofdecline, but3#,1#,2#and the downward trend was gradually decreases. In the threekinds of the stability sample of the test, the stability of the3#was the best; Inguaranteeing the water performance test of the1#,2#and3#,3#guaranteeing the waterperformance was the best; in different temperature of the water absorption ability test of3#,3#performance was also the best.
