In this paper adopt precipitation impregnation method for SO42-/ZrO2-WO3、 Ni-SO42-/ZrO2-WO3solid super acid catalyst. The catalysts were characterized by using XRD, IR and BET surface area. The isomerization of n-heptane over SO42-/ZrO2-WO3and Ni-SO42-/ZrO2-WO3catalyst was investigated in a continuous flow fixed-bed reactor under atmospheric pressure. The effect of reaction condition and preparation condition on the catalytic performance were studied. The main contents of the thesis were discussed as follows:The isomerization of n-heptane on SO42-/ZrO2-WO3catalysts was investigated. The result showed that the conversion of n-heptane and isomerization selectivity to i-heptane can reach18%and40%on SO42-/ZrO2-WO3catalyst when content of WO3is15%, calcination temperature is700℃, Sulfuric Acid Concentration is lmol/L, reduction temperature is400℃, V(H2)/V(n-heptane) is6, reduction time for4h, reaction temperature is270℃and WHSV is6.8h-1.The isomerization of n-heptane on Ni-SO42-/ZrO2-WO3catalysts was investigated. The result showed that the conversion of n-heptane and isomerization selectivity to i-heptane can reach31%and80%on Ni-SO42-/ZrO2-WO3catalyst when content of WO3is15%, calcination temperature is600℃, content of Ni is6%, Sulfuric Acid Concentration is0.5mol/L, reduction temperature is450℃, V(H2)/V(n-heptane) is10, reduction time for4h, reaction temperature is270℃and WHSV is6.8h-1.
