Research On An Integrated Hydraulic Fracturing Technology Of Da-an Oil Field

Daan oil field is a marginal beneficial oil field with extra low permeability, low porosity,and low abundance. Both hydraulic fracture half length and its flow conductivity need to bematched. Therefore a rate of an oil producer should be increased by a hydraulic fracturing soas to gain a good of effectiveness of oil development. This paper started with a study of oilreservoir in Daan. Current oil reservoir behavior was appraised. Among them, effectivepermeability was reconfirmed. A leak off property of the oil reservoir was estimated. Bothorientation and size of tectonic stress in the oil reservoir were entirely analyzed. Rockmechanic property of it was tested and profiles of tectonic stress in it were figured out. Forearlier fracturing effectiveness of oil producers from all parts of the oil reservoir wereassessed. Among them, design of fracturing program from single producer was reconfirmed.Whole profile curves of treatment and material were checked as well as hydraulic fracturinglength, etc. Next, for designs of overall fracturing courses from single well were optimized.Of them, all parameters from the oil reservoir were decided, analyzing natural productivity ofsingle well, modeling performance of an oil producer after it fractured, hydraulic fracturingmodeling. And economic feasibility of fracture size was optimized. Material of treatment wasoptimized. Of them, coMPatibility of fracture flow liquid with rock properties from the oilreservoir were studied. Solution of fracture flow liquid was selected as well as type and sizeof proppant. All conclusion and data tested in door are conducted to practice in the situ field.Finally, a flow rate of each producer is increased by research on the hydraulic fracturingtechnology. And it forms a series of economic applicable advanced fracturing technology ofthe oil reservoir and creates low damage flow liquid system of fracturing and deepensunderstands of Daan oil field development.
