The Technology Research Of Cognition And Preventive Treatment For The Mechanism Of Oil Well Scale And Corrosion In Qianan Oilfield

In this paper, according to the practice in QianAn oil field,we carried out a lot of cognitions for the corrosion mechanism and projects of technology research for prevention and control from the year2009to2011.We took a great point of the complexity and severity of oil well scale and corrosion for further defining the corrosion mechanism and the improvement of the prevention and control technology targeted. Through the research,we cleared out the reason and mechanism of scale and corrosion for each block and the development layer segment in QianAn oil field.At the same time,we Improved the continuous dosing device to overcome the deficiency of periodic dosing process.We tested and applied the solid corrosion and scale elixir to ensure the effection of prevention and control technology.By the year2011,the accumulative total well time of scale and corrosion workover is334,59well times lower than393times in the year2010.The rate of scale and corrosion workover was25.6%,dropping2.5%compared with the year2010.
