Accompaning with DaQing oil field is developed continuously and it’s comprehensivewater content ration rises year by year,there are comparatively more serious corrosionappearance in Xingnan gathering system of DaQing oil field,bacause of corrosion,the pipes,valve sand installments well have been damaged many times,which have given rise to mucheconomic cost,corrosion bacomes the significant hidden danger that effects safe productionand economy of Xingnan gathering system in DaQing oil field.So we should analyze carefullythe corrosion actions and effect elements of pipelines and storage tank of Xingnan gatheringsystem in DaQing oil field,in the meantime we should take some anticorrosion measures andsome corrosion prediction scheme,these works not only have the profound theory sense butalso have wide-ranging pragmatic value.This article clearly grasps the corrosion actuality and corrosive environment of Xingnangathering system in DaQing oil field.Understand the process flow of gathering system inDaQing oil field,gathering pipeline corrosion and corrosion insulation measures,and themedium composition analysis.On the basis of above mentioned,some metallic corrosiontheories are questioned.We choose20steel being the object of study and study the corrosion characteristic of20steel in adopted liquid through weight loss and dynamic simulation experiment.Theexperimental results show that the corrosion of20steel form to uniform corrosion primarily,the morphology of metal surface and the elements were examined using scanning electronmicroscopy and micro-testing technology.By using weight-loss method of steel slice,theauthor study some factors that affect corrosion rate of20steel, and then put forward somelaws of the corrosion rate that is relate to temperature、Cl-、HCO3-、mineralization、pH andso on.Summarized in the Xingnan region of the temperature of the medium apricot and waterquality with Cl-、HCO3-is the main factors of influence corrosion,Cl-and HCO3-the commonfunction of ion to the local corrosion.Aiming at the erosion factors influencing gatheringsystem,the internal corrosion protective measure of oilfield using steel pipeline was studiedby the experiment method,such as the corrosion inhibitor screening, inner anti-corrosioncoating screening,material screening experimental corrosion protection measure,theanti-corrosion transformation plan of gathering system in Xingnan gathering system of DaQingoil field project are proposed,mainly includes dosing corrosion inhibitor,flocculation agent,the melting and epoxy powder coating as inner anti-corrosion coating,choose corrosionduplex stainess steel pipe material for etc.
