Difunctional olefins are important intermediates in organic synthesis. The difunctional olefins with push-pull character are an category of compounds with high reaction activity. In this thesis, the acid mediated transformations of3-aryloxypropenates are carried out.In part one, a series of difunctional2-bromo-3-aryloxy propenates or2-bromo-3-alkoxy propenates are synthesized and its Sonogashira coupling reaction with terminal alkynes are realized. Sonogashira coupling means that it is a cross coupling that is corporately catalyzed by palladium and copper between terminal alkynes and Sp2carbonic halides. The reaction plays an important role in organic synthesis such as natural compounds, pesticides, pharmacy, new materials and nano-molecular devices.12enynyl-aryl esters are prepared in good yields by using only palladium as catalyst under mild reaction conditions. These new compounds were characterized by1HNMR,13CNMR and HRMS spectroscopy. In part two,3’3-diaryloxypropenates are synthesized by the reaction of2-bromo-3-aryloxy propenates under alkaline conditions, eleven new compounds are obtanined in high yields. Similarly they are also characterized by1H NMR,13C NMR, LRMS and HRMS spectroscopy.
