(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl) alkyl amine derivatives were synthesized under microwaveirradiation. Influences of the mole ratio of raw materials, power and time of microwaveirradiation on yield of (1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)methanamine were investigated. Resultsshowed that a better total yield can be obtained at the follow condition: the ratio of to glycineo-phenylendiamine:2:1(mole ratio), output power:259W, intermit irradiate time:50min. Incomparison, it was found that the process under microwave irradiation has many merits withshort time, mild condition, good yield and environmentally friendly.A total of8compounds were synthesized, including7new compounds. Their chemicalstructures were confirmed by IR,1H NMR and13C NMR spectra.Antibacterial activities of the synthesized compounds on5kinds of plant pathogenicfungus which have greater impact in crops production were determined by using the growthrate method. With the SPSS statistical software to obtain the correlation coefficient (R),concentration for50%of maximal effect (EC50). The main results are as follows:Inhibitory activity of compound1a on Fusarium oxysporium is slightly stronger than thecontrol drug. Inhibitory activities of compound2a on Alternaria solani, Fusauriumoxysporiumf. sp.vasinfectum and Cercospora sorghi are flat or slightly stronger than thecontrol drug. Inhibitory activities of compound1c and2c on all5kinds of fungus are strongerthan the control drug, especially2c, the inhibitory activities are significantly stronger.
