Research On Hohhot’s City Environmental Pollution Control

The goal of government reform in the new period is to establish a service-oriented government. As an important component of government supervision, city environmental pollution control should conform to the basic requirements of service-oriented government. From the angle of which, focusing on questions of laws and regulations, governance division of different departments, being responsible for people and protection of people’s environmental rights in Hohhot, this paper presents several measures of environmental pollution abatement, which are to perfect relative laws and regulations, to regulate the system of environmental pollution control, to perform government ecology responsibility in controlling environmental pollution and to make people participate in this great deal. The research of this paper may provide theoretical argument for the supervision of Hohhot’s environmental control department and guide the city’s environmental control. At the same time, the research will certainly help the city’s environmental control to develop in a more effective and reasonable method. The service of city environmental control departments will be performed on the basis of service-oriented government, also these departments will be inspired by this paper, which is an important reference of Hohhot’s environmental pollution control.
