Abstract/Summary:
In order to study the variation law of the chemical composition, the free furfural, the interfacefunctional group and the pytrolysis of fiber in the process of board-making, and to reveal the bondingmechanism, the examples of wooden chips, the fiber grinded in the defibrator system by added to asmall amount of inorganic acids and binderless fiberboard formed from the fiber, have been analyzedthrough chemical composition analysis, free furfural analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and theinfrared spectrum analysis;MWL was got from each sample by Bj rkman theory and the structuralchange of lignin was studied on through infrared analysis and ultraviolet analysis. The results showed that:(1)in the aspect of the amount of holocellulose, cellulose and pentosan, the wood ranks the first, the xylogen second, and the binderless fiberboard third; in the aspect of theamount of lignin and dissociative furfural, the binderless fiberboard ranks the first, the xylogen second, and the wood third.(2)The adding of acid catalyst into the Defibrator System accelerated the speed ofdegradation, promoted the decomposition extend of cellulose and hemicellulose, and increased thecontent of free furfural.(3)The degradation of lignin mainly occurs in the phase of thermocompression, and the structure of the lignin’s guaiacyl propane and syringyl propane changes.(4)The furfuralmaterials experiences the polymerization under the condition of high temperature and acid. The furfuralmaterials can generate the adhesive resin polymer through the polymerization with lignin of smallmolecular weight.
