In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standard, the food safety issue is to become the focus of fears. While more pitfalls of peoples physical fitness comes after using antibiotic, which bring large profits for animal husbandry. The Probiotics has increasingly popular alternative to the pitfalls case of its advantages as more naturally, safely and no residues. Also achieved very good results, and get feed industry widely recognized. Currently, it’s a hot area which on the research of Probiotics Preparation, the reports about it come in endless stream. Especially the Bacillus Preparation, its specially properties make it to become a focus of study, which has strong abiotic stress, high temperature, acid poof alkali and easy to store. This report made of compound of Bacillus by using the Bacillus Subtilis and the Bacillus coagulans. To wish it can make more economic benefits in the production practice.In these studies, did some identification and analysis on what colony morphology, strains of bacteria and physiobiochemical characteristics can be use to made the compound of Bacillus. And made the qualitative judgement and measurement on Feed Enzymes. In the result, the Proteinase and the Amylase have very high activated,131.76U/mL and93.66U/mL.During optimizing the Culture Medium of Compound Probiotics Bacillus and studying the various types of parameters on fermentation process, it can filter out the optimal grown condition of bacteria so that can achieve the objective which provided the probiotics of most viable number, good resistance and economic benefits. The research selected the Bacillus Subtilis and Bacillus coagulans to culture together. And optimized the ingredients of Fermentation Conditions by using Single Factor and Orthogonal experiments. The research also has been optimized the condition of fermentation further that based on above experiments. Finally, the ingredients of optimum Culture Medium as follow:Molasses15g/L, Indian Meal15g/L, Soybean Powder40g/L, KH2PO41g/L, K2HPO41g/L and Calcium Chloride2g/L.Following information are the optimal culture conditions:Temperature37℃, Initial PH7.5, Rotational Speed160r/min, Inoculation Amount8%and Liquid Volume40%.The living amount of bacteria that has been optimized was significantly enhance,6.62×1010cfu/mL reached.On the basis of these, do the test, which in vitro intestinal tolerance. The results showed that the Compound of Bacillus has good tolerance, whether it is put in the Gao Dan acid salt solution, the artificial gastric juice and simulated intestinal fluid. The result of animal feeding test show that, it is effective in the aspect, which improve weight gain of piglets, lower meterial weight ratio and diarrhea rate, and increasing economic benefit.From all this, this research use the Compound of Bacillus composed by Bacillus Subtilis and Bacillus coagulans, it has more advantages:low training cose, live higher, effect significantly of probiotic, strong resistance, hight stability and can get more economic benefits. This reached the initial research purposes.
