DSSCs have attracted wide attention for its low cost, small environmental pollution, the potential characteristics of high photoelectric conversion efficiency, has been subject to widespread concern at home and abroad.If we can make DSSC industrialization, it will create enormous economic benefits and environmental benefits.The research and development of each part of DSSC were reviewed systematically in this dissertation. The paper revolves around the preparation of DSSC,and tests the Assembly battery.This thesis is based on titanium dioxide thin film as the photoanode, platinum-plated electrodes, N719dye, surlyn1702as sealing membrane for dye-sensitized solar cells, and their optical and electrical properties analysis and analysis of EIS.Hydrothermal method with the precursors of titanate butyl at different temperature, we fabricate TiO2thin film nanocrystals,Zn2+-doped TiO2thin film.The characterization of XRD shows that the meterals were anatase nano-TiO2. Through the SEM can see, sample has a wealth of pore structure, and smaller particle size, titanium dioxide thin film electrodes that have large specific surface area. Titanium dioxide thin film composed of a dye-sensitized solar cells,we used electrochemical system to test optical and electrical properties of DSSC.Hydrothermal synthesis of TiO2nanotubes at different temperatures,it were used P25under strongly basic conditions. With titanium dioxide film as the base layer, TiO2nanotubes paste was bladed under base layer to get double layer TiO2films.Through characterization methods of XRD and SEM, it were anatase TiO2and tubular structure.Double layer thin film composed of dye-sensitized solar cells,we used electrochemical system to test optical and electrical properties of DSSC.
