Geothermal energy is a renewable energy, our cuntry began the study of geothermal energy in the1970s. At present, our cuntry has the conditions and level of geothermal drilling project in constructing5000m depth, and gradually has the ability of large-scale development of geothermal, and start to develop in the direction of specialization and standardization.Geothermal resources is very rich in North China Oil Field, and has advantages of technology and equipment of development and utilization, and comprehensive utilization of geothermal energy can supply heat for oil well and save fuel and generate electricity, there is conducive to ease the current situation of shortage of oil and gas resources, and also there is conducive to sustained and stable development in North China Oil Field, geothermal energy saving effect is remarkable.The ESP is an important mechanical Production equipment, it has advantages of large displacement and high-lift. It can be widely used high-yield oil wells, including wells, deep wells and directional wells after Stoppting the spray, it is the most important measure to achieve high and stable yields in oil field.According to incomplete statistics, nearly one-third of the world’s crude oil production is mined by various forms of the ESP, the number of the ESP wells is tens of thousands. Nowadays,it is the higher the proportion of the ESP in the hot spots of crude oil especially in the desert and offshore oil field in the world. It can be said that the technological level of the ESP reflects the advanced level of a national oil production from one side. At present, geothermal exploration of the ESP has conducted field trials in North China Oil Field.With the oil field into the high moisture content, the ESP have been more widely used because of its advantages. Therefore, enhancing development of the ESP production conditions diagnostic system is to improve the pump wells scientific management level. Especially strengthening the diagnosis of working conditions is of great significance in the deep well and the complex geological conditions and Moisture content high and water wells for fluid ability to ESP well system is not efficient.Only fully grasp the conditions of the downhole pump production unit to determine the reason of failure analysis, to dig wells potential to ensure that the equipment to work effectively, and to extend the check period, improve the level of production technology of the ESP well.This topic aim at the ESP production system status and appearing work conditions to do further analysis, making geothermal wells can be further adjusted, to maintain good production. The software consists of two blocks:one is to analyze the current conditions; Second is to give diagnostic views of the ESP wells conditions. The current working conditions include:the diagnosis of the current curve pattern recognition, characteristic curve control diagnosis, the control chart of the displacement efficiency and the relationship of the sinking pressure, the control chart of the energy efficiency and the relationship of the sinking pressure. On the basis of theoretical studies, the establishment of the diagnosis system of geothermal wells ESP working conditions. This software uses the ADODB object model to remotely access the database of the SQL Server2000and the Oracle, which achieves the current running card to show real-time data and make the appropriate diagnosis, increase the convenience and practicality of the software. Combined with the relationship of the sinking of the pressure and the effective head, mathematical models of the displacement efficiency and the sinking of the pressure has been set up using the head of ESP and the displacement curve,and Combined with the relationship of the sinking of the pressure and the efficiency, mathematical models of the Energy efficiency and the sinking of the pressure has been set up using the head of ESP and the displacement curve.After the requirements analysis,system software go along functional analysis and draw the block diagram of functional analysis, system software design and draw the schematic diagram of the overall design. Analysis of working conditions by means of four different angles to the preparation of functional modules and diagnosed with the corresponding results. Complete diagnostic system software programming based on Visual Basic operating mode. Data receiving, real-time curve display, data storage, working conditions, diagnostic and operational recommendations, historical data query, well management and personnel management function modules.
