People began to look for alternative fuel because of global energycrisis.Renewable energy production and utility are the inevitable trend of thesustainable development. As a renewable, degraded, non-toxic energy, it canreduce the burden of the energy shortage, and the emissions of greenhousegases. It is considered to be the best choice in the economical and ecologicalangle. The “12th Five-Year Plan” put forward development program for thedevelopment of all kinds of oil substitutes, comfirm biological liquid fuel asthe national industry development direction. Biological diesel will becomethe most potential future alternative fuel. As green design tools, Life cycleanalysis (LCA) and Sustainable Technology (Sustainable Technology) canreduce the pollution of the environment from the source and improve thequality of the product function from the whole life cycle. In the view of the jatropha fruit, micro algae biodiesel productiontechnology. This paper analyzes the ester exchange reaction mechanism andprocess flow. According to the toxic home model, this paper analyses theprocess of the characteristics of the indicators from the global warmingpotential (GWP), acidification potential (AP), eutrophication potential (EP),marine aquatic ecotoxicity potential (MAETP), photochemical oxidationpotential (POCP), fresh water aquatic ecotoxicity potential (FAETP),terrestric ecotoxicity potential (TETP), human toxicity potential (HTP) eightenvironmental impact factors of biological processes. The environmentalimpact of the unit system model is established. The evaluation hierarchical structure is constructed based on theanalytic hierarchy process (AHP) which concluded three aspects:environment, resource and energy. The multi-objective evaluation systemmodel integrated with the environment, resource and energy is established.Based on the theoretical study of life cycle assessment. This paper defined the research objective and the evaluation scope of two kinds ofmaterials, analysed the input and output sorting of the life cycle inventory, assessing the environmental impact of the oil made by the two materials.Combined with Sustainable Technology (Sustainable Technology) andmultiple attribute decision theory, gasoline, diesel oil, electricity, waterresource such as steam consumption of resource, and land resource, chemicals such as consumption of resource are joined on the basis of theenvironmental impact factors. Sustainability assessment hierarchy is seted upwith the chemical energy decision-making index: Sustainable performanceindex. From above, through the calculation and comparison of environmentalperformance index and sustainable performance index, this paper concludesthat the use of jatropha fruit biodiesel system is suited to the present China’snational conditions. But from a long-term view, micro algae biodiesel ismore in line with the basic state policy of China’s sustainable development, itis with the potential for the development of sustainable biodiesel material.
