Nitroaromatic compounds can be used in the manufacture of explosives and otherexplosives, and it’s a typical organic pollutants, and a certain degree of carcinogenicity,Therefore, to explore the method of detecting nitro-aromatic-compounds in air, soil, andsolution quickly has attracted many researchers’ attention Current application, themethod of detection of nitroaromatic compounds is most striking is the fluorescencemethod, among which the conjugated fluorescent polymer majority. However, there aremany disadvantage of the conjugated polymer fluorescence sensing material in practicalapplications. While detecting Nitro-aromatic-compounds in solution the polymerswelling dissolved in solution, making the sensing element leak to the system, so thatwill not only pollute the test system, but also makes the fluorescence sensing materialperformance degradation, and it can not be continue used. In addition, the conjugatedpolymer molecular entanglement more closely, more fluorophores are embedded in thematerial, and its small molecule clearance nitroaromatic difficult diffusion in polymers,resulting in the response speed of such fluorescent sensorsslow. The combination ofthese factors have hindered the pure conjugated polymer as a fluorescent sensor.In order to solve the problems encountered in the process of fluorescence sensingmethod for detection of nitro-aromatic-compounds, this paper combined with theexisting literature and our research group’s past experience in the of the work done bythe accumulation of prepared a carbazole fluorescence transfergroups a sense of glassfilm material as the matrix material of the detection of nitro aromatic compounds, to testthe performance of their fluorescence to discuss temperature quarter of concentration onthe preparation of this material conditions, and studied their nitroaromaticcompounds influorescence sensing performance.(1) The fluorescence characteristics of carbazole as the detection of nitro aromaticcompounds in fluorescence sensing groups, a toluene solution of differentconcentrations of DNT on the fluorescent quenching effect. According to the literaturemethod for the first time prepared carbazole and γ-chloropropyl methyl dimethoxysilane, γ-carbazolyl methyl dimethoxy silane, and the product of γ-carbazole methyldimethoxy silane were characterized.(2) Hydroxy treatment, and graft on the preparation of γ-carbazolyl methyldimethoxy silane prepared by a modification of the carbazole fluorophore glass for ordinary glass. Select a variety of different quenchers for their selectivityand sensitivity study results show that the DNT response of this material is mostobvious that the highest selectivity, can be used in the detection of nitro compounds.(4) Fluorescent material prepared by the repeated use of experimental results showthat the material in the process of detection of DNT solution, stable performance, andthe fluorescence intensity is significantly lower, can be used repeatedly, which is thematerial tothe practical application of the necessary conditions.In summary, this topic prepared of the carbazole fluorophore materials as thesensing element in the detection of nitroaromatic with relative to other types of sensorshas unparalleled advantages, carbazole in the form of a monolayer through chemicalbonding rolegrafted onto the surface of the glass substrate, this structure greatlyenhances the stability of the material, reducing the fluorophores leaked to the solution,in addition, carbazole fluorophores are arranged matrix surface, whicheffectivelyincrease the contact area of the nitro aromatics fluorophores, andnitroaromatic compounds is very easy to infiltrate inside the fluorophores in order toshorten the response time of contact between the play of the fluorescence detectionmeanssensitivity, response rapid-to-and so on the advantages.
