In order to restore the performance of surface failure behavior of K403superalloy whichused as turbine blade in aircratf engine, So as to improve its surface wear resistance, resistance tooxidation corrosion resistance and high temperature tensile properties, prolong service life toimprove the economic benefit. This paper through the Laser cladding technique, with highenergy density beams generated rapid melting, made the substrate surface form the layer of alloywhich fused with substrate together and obtained the metallurgical combination with substrate?but has completely different composition and properties rfom the substrate. This methodimproved the wear-resisting, corrosion resistance? heat resistance and achieved the objective ofsurface modification or repair, which not only satisfied the specific properties of materials,butalso saved a lot of precious and rare metal materials.This paper expounds the influence on the performance oi the organization under fourdifferent ratio of powder,24different sets oi laser cladding parameters, heat treatmentandcladding rate on cladding layers, study the microscopic morphology, micro structure andchemical composition,micro hardness by Metallo graphic microscope, SEM,Micro hardnesstester and electron probe, composition and properties rfom the substrate. This method improvedthe wear-resisting, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and electrical characteristics significantlyand achieved the objective of surface modification or repair. Demonstrate the optimal lasercladding powder and cladding parameters. Beside, we use the high temperature stretching andhigh temperature oxidation to test the cladding specimens mechanics performance.Have concluded that the optimal laser cladding powder are MD-WKDG-5+Y2O3and MDWKDG-41+Y203hoe, we suld hat treatment on Substrate material before laser cladding andcladding three times on Substrate materia1, The optimal cladding parameters is Current100A,pulse width10.0ms, rfequency12Hz. The micro hardness can be amounted to Hv580. Theperformance of the substrate material basically get fixed. Besides, the high temperaturecorrosion and tensile properties have been improved greatly, and is suitable for the plane of theturbine blades high temperature and high pressure and strong corrosion working environment.
