Water pollution in our country becomes more and more serious, conventional process theexistence of soluble organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen, THMFP etc can’t effectively removeweakness; In addition, the drinking water quality standard life continues to improve, explore new,more efficient water treatment technology is water treatment of the workers of the important task.For ultrafiltration membrane only suitable for handling pollution degree very low source water,of ammonia nitrogen removal of poor results this problem, the subject has test device add30g/Lhigh concentrations of activated carbon powder, and the selection of ultrafiltration membranecomponent integration of processing unit, use of activated carbon adsorption, microbialdegradation function, ultrafiltration membrane interception effect, investigation test device, andbecome the starting up process of operation decontamination characteristics.First survey of the experiment device startup behavior. Three kinds ofhydraulic retention time:1.5h,2.5h,3.5h, and the results show that the longer the HRTdecontamination the better, but for the1.5h HRT, ammonia water concentration lower than theliving and drinking water hygiene standards (GB5749-2006) regulation0.5mg/L limits, reflectthe combination of high technology in ammonia nitrogen ability.Under the condition of different dissolved oxygen content of SMP and EPS marked change;Aeration strength and hydraulic reverse wash of relief membrane pollution effect is remarkable,and the test of the hydraulic reverse wash strength to determine60L/m~2.h, best aeration strengthin5.0m~3/㎡.h; Using1%NaOH+75%ethanol cleaning method to hollow fiber membranecleaning, using scanning electron microscopy and testing data found the film washing efficiency,achieve85%above, cleaning effect is better.
