In china, the freshwater resources is scarce, as the surface water pollution deg-reeis growing in intensity and the national discharge standards gradually increase, Traditional Activated Sludge process can not fulfill the engineering requirement, so researchefficient and energy saving process must be enforced.Side-stream Membrane bioreactor (SSMBR) is a new technology, which combi-nesbiological wastewater treatment and membrane separation. The secondary settlingtankis not necessary and the yield of sludge is very seldom, high treatment effici-ency and produces high-quality water and easy achieve automatic control and save the land resources. But it’s high for SSMBR in operational cost、investment cost and easy offouling membranes.To solve the above shortcomings of SSMBR, in order to reduce the consumpti-onof energy, operation costs and investment, the subject is to improve and optimiz-e SSMBR. The aeration system is improved and optimized, in order to achieve the lowercost of operation. To improve deni-trogenation effect, the subject optimize theSSMBRand A/O process, using the aerobic tank of A/O process to heighten remo-ve nitrogen.Study on treatment of sewage and dairy wastewater by SSMBR, we through equipment optimization&setup selected an optimum scheme; Through change conditionsof test ascertain the optimum parameters; Through compared with the traditional process, draw the characteristics and advantages of the subject. Use new jet aerator SSMBR deal with dairy wastewater sewage, change the way of ejector installation method, Into the water for CODcr、NH3-N、TN、TP averages1987mg/L、100mg/L、114mg/L、16.33mg/L, effluent24mg/L、NH3-N、TN15.8mg/L、20mg/L、2.72mg/L. Use A/O+SSMBR deal with dairy wastewater sewage, SSMBR combination A/O pr-ocess, use aeration pump replace blowing aeration. The result is, into the water for CODcr、NH3-N、TN、TP averages994mg/L、38.7mg/L、76.3mg/L、8.8mg/L,effluent17.8mg/L、6.9mg/L、16mg/L、1.27mg/L. Use A/O+SSMBR deal with simulated sewage, SSMBR combination A/O process, use aeration pump replace blowing aeration. Result, into the water for CODcr、NH3-N、TN、TP averages733.1mg/L、23.3mg/L、54.6mg/L、15.2mg/L,effluent19.3mg/L、6.13mg/L、10.6mg/L、3.88mg/L. U-se improvement of the jet aerator SSMBR deal with simulated life sewage, into the water for CODcr NH3-N、TN averages407mg/L、21.2mg/L、41.5mg/L, effluent CODcr11.5~30.7mg/L、3.9~10.2 mg/L、10.1~17.8mg/L. The existing problems ofSSMBR are summarized and the solutions to MBR related problems are given in t-he last of this thesis.
