Excavator cab which is a very important part of the function is to provide a safe, comfortable operation environment. The inner and outer panels, reinforcing plate and skeleton of the sheet metal product relatively large size, complicated shape, the deformation of the segments is not uniform, in the drawing of this kind of parts, easy to rebound, wrinkling and cracking of stamping defects, especially the springback defect is more prominent, and punch out qualified the quality of sheet metal parts is difficult.Based on the cab side panel as an example, by means of finite element simulation software Dynaform to solve the forming defects, control or eliminate parts springback defect. Firstly, according to the structure characteristics of the spare parts and performance requirements, design reasonable drawing mold; followed by the analysis of the cab side plate steel used by the material properties, making simulation parameters were simulated, and then according to the simulation results of the simulation parameters are optimized, eliminates the parts wrinkling and cracking defect, but to control springback the effect is not ideal. Then on the springback factors which affect the focus of research, to find out the valid control of rebound method:by orthogonal experiment, the BP neural network and genetic algorithm to optimize the process parameters, the construction of the spare parts optimization prediction model, and through finite element simulation verify the accuracy of the model. Finally, mold production standard design a dedicated to the production of excavator cab side panel stamping die, greatly shortens the design cycle of mold.The parts of the research results of large stamping process analysis and die design for has the certain instruction function.
