The food and beverage is the most basic necessities of human life. In recent years, with more and more food and beverage safety issues exposed such as the melamine milk powder, cooking oil, drug leeks, dyeing bread, food and beverage quality has been paid more and more attention. Beer as an important part of the food and beverage, whether the production quality is good or bad is also by the concerns of consumers. At present, development of online inspection technology on food and beverage production process in foreign countries is more mature. However, foreign equipment is relatively expensive, and later maintenance costs are more high. For the food and beverage manufacturers, the lack of a unified management system platform on production line makes the detection information of each online inspection subsystem can not be processed and analyzed concentratedly. So it can not fully achieve the product quality supervision and management. This project aime at the research and design of online inspection and integrated management technique for entire food and beverage production line including beer filling, packaging and so on. Then it will realize the supervision and management on beer production line. This can ensure the beer production quality.Research of online inspection and integrated management on food and beverage production line in this subject is to detect the various production processes for food and beverage production line especially for the beer, analyze and manage the information of each inspection part. The main research content of this subject is as followed:1. According to the needs of the project, this paper raise the system function and designed overall structure of the system. It contained three layer, from the bottom to the top that is:the sensor layer, online inspection and control layer, and integrated management layer. The online inspection and control layer work with the sensor layer and complete the task of detection on each production part. Then it transfers the detection information and results to integrated management layer for analyzing. Integrated management layer is responsible for the information analysis, processing and storage, coordinating various section, and providing external access interface.2. This paper has a detailed introduction to the struction of machine vision and hardware selection.3. This paper has a research on the design of each online inspection section, including the cap and bottle type inspection, residue liquid inspection, intelligent empty bottle inspection, liquid level inspection, tightness inspection, as well as full case inspection, and focuses on the introduction of the full case inspection based on machine vision technology.4. This paper has designed a rejecting control system. It uses Siemens S7-300PLC as the controller, completes the target positioning before rejecting throuth the rotary encoder pulse signal and high-speed counter module. Using sequence storage and indirect addressing, it rejects the unqualified products precisely.5. Have a research and design on the structure of integrated management based on the function. It uses two primary and backup management server to communicate with online inspection and control layer and process and analyse the detection information, then it will make the right decision. The integrated management layer selects the server with two network cards, multi cores and multi processors and uses the NAT technique to link internal network with external network. It provides a external access interface for supervision on the production process.
