Concentration of the solution is an important parameter of the solution, and is very useful in t biological, chemical, pharmaceutical and many other areas,.Such as in crystal growth understanding of the distribution of the concentration of the solution is important to control the crystal growth. And the measuring of digial holography has the superiority of non-contact, high precision,and is easy to record and process interference pictures.and is especially suitable for observe dynamic processes.This paper deeply analyse the the principle of digital holograph,and a simple Measurement beam path is designed,and study the conditions the holographic recording should meet through the theoretical research. The experiment system can measure the change of solution concentration, particularly suitable for dynamic process。This paper presents a new method of the new adaptive filter,and this method has high stability, and not sensitive to noise,can Basically realize the whole data process without manual intervention,so the treatment and observation of the experimentalprocess becomes much easier.And it make up the defect in the traditional digital holographicprocessing requires a lot of manual operation, and low efficiency in the dynamic process of dealing with multiple images. And based on the research of commonly used filtering windows, this paper take a method to design the filter window。And two parameters (the mean-square-root errors and Mean square SNR) to judge the outcome of the accuracy of the result, and use simulation tesing the algorithm.In addition, the paper study the specific experimental conditions, and use a method combination of adaptive segmentation and Morphological tools. And finally, introduces the overall design of the experiment system, include the beam path and software system, and through the summary of experimental process, and give the requirements of experimental operating.
