The Studying Of The Returning Controller In The Poor Kr Distillation Of The Kr&Xe Recovery System On The40000Nm3/H Air Separation Unit

The choice of the Kr&Xe recovery equipment system, especially the configuration of the poor Kr distillation has a huge effect on the energy consumption and Kr&Xe extraction rate of the whole system.In addition, the operation of the poor Kr distillation also has a huge effect on the energy consumption and Kr&Xe extraction rate. So, the studying and operation optimizing for the Kr&Xe recovery equipment system is very important on the energy consumption and the extraction rate of the Kr&Xe recovery system.This article based on the Kr&Xe recovery system of the big air separation unit. In order to reduce the energy consumption and increase the Kr&Xe extraction rate, the studying and the operation optimizing is used with the distillation theory and the simulation modeling method.First, this article will study on the classic procedure of the Kr&Xe recovery system and the characteristic of the Kr&Xe recovery system which is based on the40000m3/h ASU plant of Xianggang Messer Gas Product Company. We want to find the important operation keys which have a big effect on the energy consumption and the extraction rate from the theory.Second, According to actual situations of the40000m3ASU plant of Xianggang Messer Gas Product Company, we get back the mathematic model of the backflow cans control system, and establish the simulation model of backflow cans liquid level control system.Third, we have simulated the controlling status of the returning valve, in order to analyze the influences on the poor Kr distillation. After that we can find the rules of the poor Kr distillation operation. We can also use this analysis method of this article model which is based on the optimizing40000m3ASU plant of Messer Gas Product Company in the future.All above mentioned research methods and conclusions are helpful to the research on Kr&Xe Recovery System.
