Analytical chemistry is the science from which people can get the information of Material composition and structure. It is very important to the research of the life, medicine, food, environment, material and energy. Adopting the electrochemical biosensor technology to test the glucose has been widely used in biological, clinical science, environmental and food science, which is the mixing forming of biology, chemistry, physics and electronics, and other interdisciplinary areas. Biosensor has the advantage of high sensitivity, high selectivity, easy operation, low cost and etc, which can be used for online analysis. Because of the rise of the Nano-science, the scientists in this area have the strong interest to the Nano-materials for biosensor. The experiments provide evidence that the nano-materials improve the performance of biosensors further and have the positive profound influence on the construction of the excellent nonenzymatic biosensor. This paper is to introduce the Nano-material to make the nonenzymatic biosensor and use the sensor to test the glucose level. The research detail is as below:(1) From the production method of nano-material, introduce the nano-material Outlined development and application of nano-materials in the field of electrochemical sensors in recent years, finally led to the content and significance of the research in this paper.(2) The sensor which based on Pt nanoparticles deposited on ZnO nanotube arrays was fabricated. First the electrochemical deposition was used to electro-deposited ZnO nanorod arrays on the Ti plate, and then prepared ZnO nanotube arrays via chemical etching. Furthermore the Pt nanoparticles were electrodeposited on the surface of ZnO nanotube arrays to make the electrochemical biosensor. Some relevant parameters were used to making ZnO nanotube arrays and we studied the concentration of reactants、pH、time of deposition、sedimentation potential which would affect the morphology of Pt nanoparticles. (3)Adopt the electrochemical method, such as the cyclic voltammetry and Chronoamperometry to test the catalytic oxidation of the nano-Pt-ZnO/Ti electrode to the glucose. The experiments provide evidence that it can detect the glucose quickly and sensitively. Its linear range is1×10-5-1×10-2mM, responsive time is less than4s, the sensitivity is24.269μ AmM-1cm-2. It also test the anti-interference ability of the modified electrodes. The testing shows that the modified electrodes have the good development potential.(4)The prospect of the development trend of the referred research is made.
