Membrane separation technology is a newly developed high technology, clean, high efficiency, low power consumption and other characteristics, which has been widely used in chemical industry, water treatment, food, medical, biological engineering, aerospace and other fields. Tubular membranes are widely used as membrane component, wherein the hollow fiber membrane is the latest stage of membrane separation of industrial application are most often used in a membrane assembly. Hollow fiber membrane unit equipment volume within the membrane area, per unit time to finish a larger workload, thus become the industrial application of membrane technology research. Chemical enterprises in the wastewater containing a large number of recyclable material processing of ammonia nitrogen, this part if the material is discharged without disposal will be great pollution to the environment, also cause huge waste, therefore must be recovered and used.This paper on the membrane separation technology and the development of basic theory were summarized, and the hollow fiber membrane composition and chemical industry enterprise sewage treatment effect is discussed. Hollow fiber membrane with a large specific surface area, high work efficiency, and good separation effect of several major features, in this study, the membrane component has been widely used in the sewage treatment, reflecting the good. This experiment by using polypropylene hollow fiber membrane for wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen separation, the former focuses on discussing intermittent, continuous operation under the conditions of treatment of wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen all influencing factors, respectively in a week and one month period, change into quantity conditions, using a gas chromatograpH for treatment by testing, calculation under different operating modes of ammonia nitrogen removal rate, the absorption liquid flow, concentration and pH value, raw material liquid ammonia/water suspension separation effect to carry on the analysis, to explore the most suitable industrial requirements of the operating conditions. This article will also discuss membrane deactivation regeneration principle, obtain the best hollow fiber acid regeneration parameters. The results are as follows:(1) Intermittent operating conditions when the water flow is too large, the ceramic filter clogging. Absorption of fluid flow on ammonia removal rate has certain effect, but is not particularly large, with the flow rate decreased, removal rate decreased slightly. Reduce the absorbing solution concentration, separation effect is greatly reduced. Raw material liquid pH value of wastewater treatment effect obviously, when the pH value reached more than11, removal rate remained at more than93%. Suspension high will reduce the separation effect, when the content of20.0mg/L, the effects can be ignored.(2) Continuous operating conditions with time prolonging, ceramic filter clogging in severe cases. Absorption of fluid flow on ammonia removal rate has certain effect, but is not particularly large, with the flow rate decreased, removal rate decreased slightly. In continuous operation conditions, the absorption liquid can be recycled, found after a certain cycle, the absorption liquid concentration is significantly reduced, removal rate decreased, as a continuous operating conditions affect the removal rate is one of the main factors in the process, so you must continue to add the absorption liquid. Other influencing factors are intermittent operation has no obvious difference.(3) The long time running after the separation of the component, the effect will be greatly reduced, both the absorption liquid causes, also have a membrane module inactivation factors. Through to the acid cleaning film assembly process is discussed, the analysis results, the membrane component in intermittent operation conditions requires only a simple water backwashing can obtain effective cleaning effect, continuous operation is needed after the water-acid-water way, using the pH value of5-6dilute sulfuric acid cleaning after the removal efficiency can be recovered.
