In sheet metal forming, springback is a conventional phenomena and a key issueaffecting the product quality of the automobile panel. Considering the springback hasgreat influence on the development cost, lead time and quality of the automobileproducts, how to predict and control springback in stamping becomes more necessaryto improve the part’quality and ensure the assembling efficiency. This work combinedthe theory, computation with simulation seeks effective way and solution to reducethe springback of automobile panel from processes and other respects.Aimed to control springback for high strength sheet, the optimization strategyand integration technology for multi-objcetive optimization model were studied. Theselection criteria of objective function the determination of constraint conditions anddesign variables in the optimization mode were also analyzed.By taking a car front rail as an example, and evaluating springback using anequivalent stress objective function (in which coordinates of integration point in thethickness direction were considered) and an equivalent plastic strain objectivefunction, an integrated optimization model was established to optimize processparameters. The influence of optimize process parameters-blank holder force andfillet radius of the addendum on springback was also analyzed. The solution wascompared with that of unimproved model to validate the effectiveness and feasibilityof the multi-objective optimization model.In the front rail’s springback compensation process, in order to meet therequirement of springback error, parts of the partial surface and the stampingdirection into a negative angle after compensation. In order to solve this technicalproblem, in this paper presenting a new drawing way: negative perspective drawing.And designs a can be used for negative angle drawing die.
