Now the dynamic measurement technology has become the mainstream, and then research on dynamic measurement system reliability has been becoming the current research hotspot. Although the reliability research has made some achievements, but the measurement system reliability analysis method is still existed some shortages. Based on this, this paper will combine measurement system reliability analysis and metrological property analysis, put dynamic measurement uncertainty as an indicator of the measurement system reliability, study the reliability of dynamic measurement system. The results showed that it is correct to use dynamic measurement uncertainty for dynamic measurement system reliability analysis.This paper has analyzed the dynamic measurement error deeply, and indicated that it should established appropriate dynamic mathematical model firstly according to the characteristics of dynamic measurement system, and then achieved dynamic measurement error separation in the dynamic measurement uncertainty evaluation process. It is not reasonable that adopt the static uncertainty theory to replace the dynamic uncertainty theory during evaluating dynamic measurement uncertainty. So the paper gave several non-statistical methods of measurement uncertainty evaluation, analyzed and compared their advantages and disadvantages. The results showed that these non-statistical measurement uncertainty evaluation methods were suitable for dynamic measurement uncertainty evaluation.
