Multi-Sublayer Test Instrument is wireline formation tester, under the Chinese patent "Cased Hole Formation Dynamics Tester," developed for cased wells. It is different from the traditional wireline formation tester, because it didn’t compare with the inflow probe. When it was testing, double-packer closely integrated with the perforation to form a sealed annular space between the layers to ensure that each do not interfere and gain more accurate test result. Through one trip, it can obtain many of important reservoir parameters of oil and gas wells, it is the more advanced integrated reservoir dynamic characteristics of test equipment currently developed at home.This paper is based on the structure, test principle, interpretation model of Multi-Sublayer Test Instrument. It introduced the operation conditions based on lots of testing in the paper. And then, it is focused on the interpretation model applied to the test instrument, which is based on the single unstable phase fluid flow equation. What’s more highlights the multi-well test device layer transfer process well test data acquisition and interpretation software. Finally, through the application in oil field, examined the reliability of the system well test interpretation, and well test is proposed a improved method for Multi-Sublayer well test, and laying foundations for the future.
