Molecularly imprinted technology is a a new technology which develop rapidly in recentyears, it is that template molecule will be fixed crosslinking which is a definite arrangementfunctional groups through the polymerization and crosslinking role,Function keys of templateand functional monomer will be destructed through the elution,Molecularly imprintedpolymer (MIP) is prepared that contain tailor made recognition sides for certain molecules.Molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesised which use Nicotinamide、Thiamphenine、Chrysin as template through the precipitation polymerization of molecular imprintingtechnique.(1) Nicotinamide as the template molecule,methacrylic acid(MAA) as functionalmonomer,ethylene glycol dmiethacrylate(EGDMA) as crosslinker,azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator,acetonitrile as solvent, Molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) were preparedvia precipitation polymerization,the imprinted polymers were characterized through the staticequilibrium adsorption and chromatographic analysis.The results show that molecularlyimprinted polymer performances a good adsorption capacity and specific identification fornicotinamide.(2) Folding the ring hydrophilic imprinted polymers(OC-MIP) are prepared viaprecipitation polymerization with thiamphenine as the template molecular. The performanceof polymer is evaluated by using static equilibrium experimental method,scatchard analysis,the hydrophilicity,chromatographic.The results showed that OC-MIP has the larger adsorptionability,good specific identification,it can be used to separat thiamphenine and its structuretemplate analogues in water phase.(3) the hydrophilicity of folding the ring imprinted polymers(OC-MIP) are prepared viaprecipitation with Chrysin as the template molecule. performance of polymer was evaluatedby using static equilibrium experimental method、dynamic equilibrium.The result implied thatthe OC-MIPS have fantastic ability to combine with imprinted polymers. we detect thehydrophilicity of the polymers. The results showed that the hydrophilic of folding the ringimprinted polymers had good hydrophilicity which is enhanced prominently...
