In this paper, the metal phthalocyanine complexe precursor3-(cyclohexyloxy)-phthalonitrile is prepared using3-nitrophthalonitrile as main raw materials undercatalytic action of potassium carbonate, and the structures of the product is characterized byIR,1HNMR.α-tetra-cyclohexyloxy phthalocyanine copper(Ⅱ) α-tetra-cyclohexyloxy phthalocyaninecobalt (Ⅱ), α-tetra-cyclohexyloxy phthalocyanine nickelare (Ⅱ)and α-tetra-cyclohexyloxyphthalocyanine zinc(Ⅱ) are prepared by DBU liquid catalysis using3-(cyclohexyloxy) phth-alonitrile and metal salts (copper chloride, cobalt chloride, nickel chloride, zincchloride) as main raw materials, the structures of the products are characterized by UV and1HNMR. Thermal stability is verified by TG, the four metal phthalocyanine complexes aresupported on the surface of SBA-15by impregnation method, and the structure of theproducts are characterized by IR and N2absorption.The metal phthalocyanine complexe supported on SBA-15as catalyst, catalyticoxidation properties of mercaptoethanol solution is studied, the effect of catalyst on catalyticoxidation of mercaptoethanol solution rate at20±1℃and at pH=12, and recycling propertyof catalyst is researched, the result show,For homologous catalyst, the oxygen consumptionrate increase with the quality increase of the catalyst when the dosage is different inmecaptoethanol catalytic oxidation process, however, for different catalysts, oxygenconsumption rate is higher when the dosage is same in mecptoethanol is catalyzed oxidationby SBA-15/PcCu. The catalyst which is repeated many times is used for the catalyticoxidation decomposition of mercaptoethanol solution, that the catalyst is still have catalyticproperties, but catalytic ability reduce with the times increases. The effect of pH,concentration and temperature on catalytic oxidation of mecaptoethanol is researched, fordifferent kinds of SBA-15metal phthalocyanine, the catalytic oxidation rate increase with thevalue of pH increasing when the pH is less than12, the catalytic oxidation rate reachedhighest when the pH is12, the catalytic oxidation rate decrease with the pH increasing, theoxygen consumption increase with concentration and temperature increasing.
