Producing Test Evaluating And Payable Area Screening Of Mizhi Gas Field

Mizhi Gas field is located in Eastern Ordos Basin.The proved natural gas reserves is358.48×108m3. At present, Mizhi Gas field is in the initial stage of exploration and development and its producing geoglogical reserves is only30×108m3.The main reservoir of Mizhi Gas Field is He-8and Shan-2reservoir—the typical low pressure, low porosity, low permeability, strong heterogeneity reservoir. In order to provide detailed material for further exploration and development of Mizhi Gas field, the geological characteristic is studied, and the dynamic of production, the capability of gas well, the dynamic reserves is analysed in the paper. In the base of above, the payable area of Mizhi Gas Field is screened. The main work of the paper have been done as follows:Firstly, by analyzing the core date, logging and well logging data etc, the He-8and Shan-2reservoir is evaluated in different parts, which are the structure characteristics, sedimentary facies characteristics, sand body distribution characteristics, sedimentation model, rock type, space type, physical property characteristics and heterogeneity of the reservoir.Then the classification standard of He-8and Shan-2reservoir is established;Secondly, in the base of detailed analysis of the production data, well test dynamic information etc., by using reservoir engineering principles, graphical and computational analysis method, the producing test work of Mizhi Gas Field is evaluatef from four different parts, which are dynamic analysis, reservoir pressure distribution, deliverability check and implementation of dynamic reserves.Finally, in the based of geological characteristics and dynamic analysis, the standard of screening payable area of He-8and Shan-2reservoir is established, and the three different kinds of payable area of Mizhi gas field are predicted.It is provide the important detailed material for the further exploration and development of Mizhi Gas Field.
